Find that light

Feeling not good enough? Feeling like your need more confidence? Like you are far from achieving your goals? When you lie down in bed, do you pray to fall asleep before you fall apart? The way you talk to yourself, the way you degrade yourself into smallness, bullying and cornering yourself into darkness, is called ABUSE.

This inner verbal abuse about being inadequate triggers deep fear and anxiety inside many of us. But contrary to that inner voice, Marianne Williamson writes in A Return to Love, that “Our deepest fear is NOT that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us" Find that light that is bright beyond measure and then your job is to make sure it doesn't blind us. That is the light that we should be afraid of, not our darkness.
